Pre-Production

Introduction

The pre-production cycle for our game has gone quite well so far. Most of our documentation has been kept up to date and collected in a singular place aka a google drive as a way to quickly access them all. Overall, the team feels ready to start tackling the production side of the game after some adjustments were made from our first meeting back from break. A change that could had been made probably during last semester but better to catch it early than much later into the semester. It’s great that the team is able to communicate when a potential problem might come up and are able to adjust quickly and smoothly.

A note on the google drive: I was not expecting the sheer amount of documentation that our group was going to have to create or need to create past pre production. It’s really making me appreciate how much my group in pre production took organizing all the documents, assets and presentations.

Looking forward

With all the intense prep work that we had to do during pre production I feel the most confident that this project will be the smoothest group project. We are feel pretty prepared for every risk outcome and ready to tackle head on. Overall, I’m looking forward to working on this project and with my team.
